A 1977 Canadian cult classic I've been wanting to present for a long while. A special relationship between a female impersonator, Craig Russell (in an amazing tour de force, not only for his incredible impressions), and his best friend, a young woman who is on the lam from a "home for the insane" who is plagued by disturbing voices. It's a challenging movie about marginalized people who truly care for each other. A small movie with a big heart. May be disturbing to some.

A Woody Allen experiment in pseudo-documentary style. Travelling through history, Gump-like, around WWII, a human chameleon pops up in some key situations. I find it particularly intriguing in our venue for it's psychological angst and in light of Woody's own fall from grace and recent restoration.
